heck no
pirates should not be banned, im pretty sure all of you have pirated movies and cd's. jus because you have a burnt cd in your cd player u shouldnt be able to listen to XM radio. it shouldnt matter. i hate people who used modded controllers and lag switches, but playing a burnt copy of a game, thats stupid. they still have to pay 59.99 a year to play so whats the difference. they are not going to stop burning games b/c they cant play online. now M$ loses money either way... most will not buy another xbox new. most will trade with a family member who doesnt even think of online gameplay. plus the M$ employee who always leaks inside info, will tell all the pirates how to get around being banned anyway ... lol...
and yes i have been banned and i hate it!!!!!  :y arr:
