First let me say, you have to keep an open mind.
It is a game on the playstation network for 10$ and is about 3 hours long depending on how much of a "must have everything" nut you are. You are the wind and you go around collecting flowers. It's completely 3d and one of the best looking games on ps3, not to mention extremely relaxing with some of the best music i've heard in a video game. Also, it is all controlled by the sixaxis, you turn, go up, go down all with the motion sensing, any button being held down causes you to speed up.
You don't have to be blowing someone's head off to be having fun while playing a video game, sure this one is a little more arty, but it is a big step in video games, and i think you will start seeing a lot of games going in the same direction, to a more "arty" style.
This game actually put a ear to ear smile on my face the whole time I played it. Believe it or not it has a story of sorts and an incredibly positive message at the end, giving you the feeling you can go out and "change" something in the real world and make it a better place.
This is a HUGE step for video games as a form of entertainment, if video games are starting to be seen as art, then it will be even more accepted and highly regarded like movies and music which is good for every gamer out there.

Give it a review X-Play, this kind of game needs to be seen by the general public.
